Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Dragon Pots Casino platform and apply to every registered account. By creating an account, a player confirms acceptance of these terms in full. Where a translated version of these terms conflicts with the English original, the English version takes precedence. Players are encouraged to read this page in full before depositing, since it covers eligibility, bonus conditions, withdrawal processing and the circumstances under which an account may be suspended.

1. Eligibility

Players must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher, to register an account. Dragon Pots reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend an account pending verification. Access is restricted automatically from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where the operator does not hold an applicable licence, and attempting to circumvent such restrictions through false information is a breach of these terms.

2. Account Registration

  • One account is permitted per person, household, IP address and payment method.
  • Account details must be accurate and kept up to date, including name, date of birth and address.
  • Accounts found to be duplicated, fraudulent or registered with false information may be closed, with funds handled according to applicable regulation.
  • Players are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted under their account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as listed on the payments page. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification before the first payout. Dragon Pots reserves the right to apply reasonable processing times for anti-fraud review, which do not exceed standard industry timeframes for the method used. Funds must generally be withdrawn using the same method used to deposit, up to the amount deposited by that method, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice; any amount beyond that may be paid via an alternative supported method at the operator's discretion.

4. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements, time limits, maximum bet restrictions and game weighting specified on the bonuses page at the time the bonus is issued. Dragon Pots reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or related winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of betting patterns designed to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, such as covering opposite outcomes on the same even-money table bet. Promotional terms specific to an individual campaign, where published, take precedence over the general bonus terms described on the bonuses page.

5. Fair Play and Game Rules

All games use certified random number generators audited by independent testing bodies. In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game round, the round will be voided and any stake refunded. Published game rules and paytables available within each game take precedence over any general description provided elsewhere on the site. Dragon Pots reserves the right to void results arising from a demonstrable software error, subject to review and, where applicable, notification to the licensing authority.

6. Responsible Gambling

Players may apply deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion through account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests are binding for the selected period and cannot be reversed early by the player. Dragon Pots will not market to a self-excluded account during the exclusion period, and any account reactivation after the exclusion period ends requires an active request from the player along with a brief confirmation step.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

Dragon Pots may suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, underage access or breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player using a supported payment method. Accounts inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy, details of which are available on request from customer support.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Material changes will be notified through the account dashboard or by email, and continued use of the account after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not agree with a material change may close their account and withdraw any eligible balance prior to the change taking effect.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dragon Pots is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processing delays or events affecting the player's own device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for matters where exclusion would be unlawful under the player's local consumer protection rules.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Players with an unresolved complaint should first contact customer support through live chat or email, providing account details and a clear description of the issue. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, players may escalate the matter to the Malta Gaming Authority's player support function, which provides an independent review process for licensed operators.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, trademarks and content made available through the Dragon Pots platform remain the property of the operator or its licensors, including individual game studios. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gameplay, and may not copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer any part of the software or site content.

12. Severability

If any individual clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that clause will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue to apply in full. This ensures that a dispute over one specific provision does not invalidate the entire agreement between the player and the operator.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the player's country of residence, including Canada. Disputes should first be raised with customer support before pursuing alternative resolution through the licensing authority's complaints process. Nothing in this clause removes a player's right to rely on mandatory protections available under the law of their home jurisdiction where such protections apply.
